In article VII before the final sentence a phrase on fees is inserted. It concerns fees levied by the United States on fishing of anadromous species by vessels of the PRC. The amount of fee may rise if, in the judgement of the United States, vessels of the PRC are fishing at unacceptable levels or if the PRC does not take sufficient action on the conservation of United States fisheries resources. In Annex II, paragraph 1, names of ports are replaced, and in paragraph 3 a refe rence to the United States Coast Guard is modified.
