This Regulation implements the Agreement on Cooperation in the sea fisheries sector between the European Community and the Kingdom of Morocco. The fishin g opportunities granted to the Community shall be allocated according to the table in the Annex. Article 4 lists duties of member states in controlling fishing licence appliactions by their vessels.
