This Treaty shall come into fo rce provisionally upon signature and definitely on the date on which Parties have communicated to each other instruments of ratification.; The purpose of this Treaty is to recognize between the Parties. This boundary shall be formed by geodesic lines joining co-ordinates between Annobón Island and Sao Tome Island and between Bioco Island and islands of Sao Tome and P rincipe as specified in article 2.
