The document is subject to ratification by both parties.; Entry into force on the day on which the instruments of ratification are exchanged.; The line of delimitation of the exclusive economic zone and the continental shelf between the Republic of Lithuania and the Russian Federation starts from the junction point of the outer lim it of the territorial sea of the Parties and continues to the junction point of the exclusive economic zone and the continental shelf of a third party by means of straight lines (loxodromes) that join points whose sequence and geographical coordinates are indicated in Article 2 of the present Agreement.
