Amendment to paragraph 1, Article XIII of the Convention On The Conservation Of The Living Resources Of The Southeast Atlantic

Amend the second sentence of paragraph 1 of Article XIII to read as follows:
"The fiscal period shall be two years unless the Commission decides otherwise."
"The change is by article XIX, para. 1 of the Convention on 90 day after the deposit of the declaration of acceptance by three-quarters of the Contracting States reproduced enter into force. "
