Notes:
This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of its signing and shall remain in force until one of the Parties notifies the other Parties of their intention to terminate their participation. If one of the parties intends to terminate their participation in the present Agreement, the Participating Parties jointly decide on further of the Agreement.
