Article 14 The parties shall meet at least once a year, alternately in each of the three countries, to discuss the implementation of the agreement. The Parties shall consult regarding the implementation of conservation measures, including proposals to close areas to protect juveniles solder. Article 15 It shall be valid for seasons from 1 July 1994 and to 30 april 1998 and will be extended for two years at a time, unless one of the parties terminates the agreement no later than 6 months before the expiration of the original contract period or an additional period.
