In p.188 (in treaty text), they mentioned 'For the testimonium and signatures, see p. 247 of volume 1925'. So these signitures from volume 1925 (http://treaties.un.org/doc/Publication/UNTS/Volume%201925/v1925.pdf ), not directly from the treaty text as usual. Actually, the signature list here is as same as the list from p. 11 in ACP treaty txt, though literally the later one is not for signature.
