It specifies the areas of its sphere of application such as borderline water basins' prot ection, forestry protection, environmental and atmospheric protection as well as plant and wildlife protection. The Agreement, furthermore, determines the modalities of application in the following forms: preparation and realisation of joint programs and projects, consultations between experts, formation of working groups, convocation of conferences and seminars, exchange of specialists, exchange of scientific, technological, legislative information.
