Amendment to Annex VIII (I) of the Agreement on the International Dolphin Conservation Program

The following amendment was adopted on 20 October 2004 at the 12th meeting of the Parties.

Annex VIII (I):

Original language:

e. Have an operable long-range floodlight with a minimum output of 140,000 lumens.

Amended language:

e. Have an operable long-range, high-intensity floodlight with a sodium lamp of at least 1000 watts or a multivapour lamp of at least 1500 watts.
