Agreement Extending The Agreement Between The Government Of The United States Of America And The Government Of The Union Of Soviet Socialist Republics On Certain Fishery Problems In The Northeastern Part Of The Pacific Ocean Off The Coast Of The United States Of America, With Exchange Of Letters Relating Thereto And To The Agreement Of 14 December 1964

The Government of the United States of America and the Government of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics,

Having reviewed the operation of the agreement relating to fishery problems in the northeastern part of the Pacific Ocean off the coast of the United States of America, dated February 13, 1967, in accordance with Article 11 of that agreement,

Have agreed on the following:

The period of validity of the Agreement of February 13, 1967, on Certain Fishery Problems in the Northeastern Part of the Pacific Ocean Off the Coast of the United States of America is extended for one year. Representatives of the two Governments will meet at a mutually convenient time prior to the expiration of the period of validity of this Agreement for the purpose of reviewing the operation of the Agreement and to decide on future arrangements.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned, being duly authorized for this purpose, have signed this agreement.
