Costa Rica ratified on Nov., 24, 2010 (verified at http://proyectos.conare.ac.cr/asamblea/17930.htm). OAS report states that: "As of December 2011 Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras and the United States had notified regarding the completion of their internal requirements for the entry into force of the Agreement.
