Preamble: 'The Government of the Kingdom of Belgium, the Government of Canada, the Government of the Republic of Italy, and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Government of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, hereinafter referred to as the 'Parties',' And Article 5: 'This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of its signature and, subject to Article 4, shall remain in force until otherwise agreed by the Parties.'
