Also Denmark is a party to this Agreement, Faroe Island being a self-governing part of the Kindom of Denmark.; The Agreement provides for mutual rights of access in the fishing zones of Estonia respectively the Faroe Islands. Each Party shall determine annually for its area of fishery jurisdiction the total allowable catch for individual stocks or complexes of stocks, and; (b) after consultations all otment to individual fishing vessels of the other Party and the areas in which these allotments may be fished (art. 2). Each Party may require licensing of vessels of the other Party. The Party under which flag the eligible vessels resort shall communicate particulars of the vessels such a name and registration number to the Party which issues the licences (art. 3). Fishing vessels of one Party shall comply with conservation measures of the other Party which shall be duly notified (art. 4) and each party shall take all necessary measures to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Agreement and other relevant regulation (art. 5). The remaining articles deal with cooperation between the Parties and their organizations, consultations, and entry into force. Nothing in the present Agreement shall prejudice or affect in any manner the views of either Party with respect to any question relating to the law of the sea.
