"The agreement has been terminated by Iceland in accordance with note dated 30 October 2002" (http://www.lovdata.no/cgi-wift/udoffles?doc=tra-1998-06-18-001.txt) and EIF provision says "The Agreement shall be provisionally applied as of 20 June 1998. The agreement will enter into force when all parties in writing have notified each other through diplomatic channels that the necessary constitutional requirements for entry into force have been met. Agreement shall apply to and including 30 April 2001, and extended by two years at a time, unless one of the parties terminates the Agreement no later than 6 months before the expiration of the Agreement initial period, or an additional period."
