The Annex to the Agreement is re pealed and replaced by the Annex to the this Protocol.); Pursuant to article 4 of the Agreement, the Protocol establishes annual fishing rights for tuna vessels, trawlers and other vessels, and freezer trawlers. It establishes also the total number of fishing days and the modalities for the payment of the financial compensation referred to in article 9 of th e Agreement.
