Not later than one year after the Agreement between the Republic of Estonia and the Republic of Latvia on the delimitation of the maritime boundary in the Gulf of Riga, the Strait of Irbe and the Baltic Sea has entered into force, the Republic of Estonia shall undertake all duties relating to the maintenance of the buoys, the geographical coordinates of which are specified in this Agreement. The transfer of ownership of the buoys mentioned above shall be settled by the relevant authorities of the Republic of Estonia and the Republic of Latvia.
