The Parties agree that the equidistance method is the equitable solution for the establishment of the delimitation line between their Exclusive Economic Zones and Continental Shelves. The delimitation line thus shall be constituted by geodesic lines determined by t he co-ordinates specified in this Agreement. The parties agree to co-operate in the development and the implementation of programmes regarding the sea and navigation including preservation and protection of the marine environment.
