This Agreement sets out the limits of the boundaries of the seabed in Indonesian and Australian waters in marine ar eas in the Arafura Sea, off the southern coast of Irian, and off the northern coast of Irian. "Seabed" includes the subsoil thereof, except where the context of the Agreement requires otherwise. Actual location of co-ordinates set out in this Agreement shall be determined by a method to be agreed upon by the competent authorities of the two Governments, being the Chief of the coordinating Body for national Survey and Mapping for Indonesia and the Director of National Mapping for Australia.
