Decision CDNI 2018-II-4
The Conference of the Contracting Parties,
having regard to the Convention on the Collection, Delivery and Acceptance of Waste in Navigation on the Rhine and Inland Navigation (CDNI), and in particular Articles 10, 14 and 19 thereof,
whereas uniform regulation should be applied in order to ensure legal certainty,
on the proposal of its working group,
adopts Appendix I to the Implementing Regulation as set out in the appendix. This decision will enter into force on 1 December 2019.
The already printed oil dispensing booklets can continue to be used until the stocks are exhausted.
