AMENDMENT to article II, paragraph 1, of the above-mentioned Convention
By an Agreement concluded by an exchange of notes dated at Ottawa on 5 April 1966 and 19 May 1967, it was "decided to amend, paragraph 1 of article II by substituting the word "four" for the word "three" in the second sentence thereof."
The amending agreement came into force on 19 May 1967 by the exchange of the said notes.
