| Art.20.1 | 1. Any Party may denounce this Convention with effect from 31 December of any year by giving notice to the Depositary on or before the preceding 30 June. The Depositary shall immediately inform the other Parties of such denunciation. |
| Art.20.2 | 2. Any other Party may denounce this Convention with effect from the same 31 December by giving notice to the Depositary within 30 days of the date on which the Depositary informed the Parties of a denunciation under paragraph 1. |
