| Art.13.a | (a) This Convention may be denounced by any Participating Government after the expiration of one year from the date of its entry into force in respect of that Government by a notification in writing addressed to the Government of the United Kingdom. The denunciation shall take effect one year after the date of the receipt of the notification by the Government of the United Kingdom. |
| Art.13.b | (b) The Government of the United Kingdom shall inform the other Participating Governments of each such denunciation and of the date of the receipt thereof. |
