Came into force, in accordance with article XVI (4) of the Convention, twelve months after the date of their acceptance by two thirds of the Contracting Governements, i.e. on 18 May 1967, for all Contracting Governments (all amendments except amendment to article XIV); and, for amendment to article XIV on 28 June 1967, for all Contracting Governments with the exception of Poland (amendment to article XIV).
