This Protocol fixes the fishing opportunities gra nted to the European Economic Community to fish in the Guinea-Bissau waters for the period from 16 June 2001 to 15 June 2006. Fishing shall be based on the principle of non-discrimination between the different fleets (art. 2). The Annex attached lays down with details the conditions governing the pursuit of fishing activities by Community vessels in Guinea-Bissau fishing zone.
