The texts of the Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters and of the Protocol are attached to this Decision.; The texts of the Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters and of the Protocol are attached to this Decision.; The fishing opportunities fixed in the Protocol shall be allocated among the Member States as follows: ( a) shrimp vessels: 6550 gross registered tonnage (GRT) per month, as an annual average (maximum 22 vessels). However, the quantities to be fished by Community vessels may not exceed 5000 tonnes of shrimps and prawns per year, of which 30 % shall be prawns and 70 % shrimps (b) demersal fishing vessels: (trawlers, bottom longliners, fixed gillnets): 3750 GRT per month, as an annual average;(c) freezer tuna seiners: 18 vessels. d) surface longliners: 25 vessels; (e) pelagic fishing vessels: 2 ves sels. If licence applications from these Member States do not cover all the fishing opportunities fixed by the Protocol, the Commission may take into consideration licence applications from any other Member State.
