The Agreement provides also for the allocation of an appropriate part of the total allowable catch of in surplus of the harvesting capacity of Morocco to Japanese vessels (art. 2) and for various other rights and duties of the Parties in r elation to management and conservation of Morocco fishing resources (arts. 4 and 7).
