An Exchange of Notes, dated 30 June 1999, between Canada and the United States of America revises the terms of the Treaty Between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America Concerning Pacific Salmon (CTS 1985 No. 7) by, inter alia; 1) the addition of a Transboundary Panel for salmon originating in the Alsek, Stikine and Taku River systems, and the replacement of Annex IV with new texts regarding fisheries management in respect of Transboundary Rivers, Northern British Columbia and Southeastern Alaska, Chinook Salmon, Fraser River Sockeye and Pink Salmon, Coho Salmon, and Southern British Columbia and Washington State Chum Salmon; 2) the establishment of provisions regarding management of Northern Boundary Coho Salmon; 3) the establishment of a Northern Boundary and Transboundary Rivers Restoration and Enhancement Fund The agreement expires 31 December 2008.; Crawford, Bruce A.
