| Art.15.1 | 1. Without prejudice to the rights of Contracting Parties in regard to waters under their fisheries jurisdiction, the Contracting Parties shall take such action, including the imposition of adequate sanctions for infractions, as may be necessary to make effective the provisions of this Convention and to implement any recommendation which becomes binding under Article 12. |
