The present Convention shall be open for signature at Washington until 30th April 1973 and thereafter at Berne until 31st December 1974. |

The present Convention shall be subject to ratification, acceptance or approval. Instruments of ratification, acceptance or approval shall be deposited with the Government of the Swiss Confederation which shall be the Depositary Government. |

The present Convention shall be open indefinitely for accession. Instruments of accession shall be deposited with the Depositary Government. |
